I hadn’t worked out for six years when I came across Saro on Instagram. I checked out her website, and it seemed like a good fit for me, especially because my daughter could come along! Perfect! I scheduled a trial lesson, and I’m so glad I took the step! Going to a gym and figuring out what to do on my own was too daunting for me, and with physical complaints, it’s super helpful to have someone who pays close attention to your posture. Today, my partner joined for a trial lesson as well, and he loved it too. Normally, he focuses mainly on hypertrophy and strength, so this training was not only a challenge but also enriched his knowledge and skills! It’s a shame you can only give 5 stars on Google because Saro deserves so much more!

I had lost my workout routine and was looking for a way to get it back and integrate it into my busy life as a working mother. I found Saro, and she immediately understood my situation. I also emphasized that I didn’t want to focus on weight loss, but on getting stronger and having a moment of relaxation in my week. This was because I have a history of significant weight loss with many diets. Saro was very understanding and open to discussing and thinking along with me. We started working on it together. I’ve now been training with Saro for almost five months, 2 to 3 times a week, and I love it. It fits perfectly into my week, my little one can come along, and she challenges me in a friendly and enjoyable way. I’m getting stronger every week, and I appreciate that I can express what I do and don’t want. Saro thinks along, loves a challenge, and makes working out fun and enjoyable again.
